Return & Refund Policy

At Nirvana Thangka and Handicrafts, every Thangka and handicraft is carefully handcrafted and unique. Returns and cancellations are handled as follows:

1. Non-Returnable Items

• All hand-painted or made-to-order Thangkas are non-returnable due to their unique nature.

2. Eligible Returns

• Returns are accepted only if:
• The item arrived damaged or defective.
• You received an item that does not match your order.
• The product was significantly different from how it was displayed on our website.

3. How to Request a Return

• Contact us at web.nirvanathangka@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Include:
  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue
• After reviewing your request, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on availability.

4. Return Shipping

• The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly.

5. Refunds

• Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
• After this period, orders are prepared for careful packaging and shipment and cannot be canceled.
